Diamond Wholesale Group, Inc. will promptly refund 100% of a client’s loose certified diamond/gemstone acquisition price, for any reason, upon client notification of a return request within 3 days of: the date of merchandise delivery to the purchasing party, their designee or the date a second delivery attempt is made by FedEx, UPS, DHL, Brinks, Malca Amit or USPS.
Diamond Wholesale Group, Inc. promptly responds to and preauthorizes all client merchandise return requests by email communication directly to the client by providing an Acquisition Return Number (Contact a Diamond Gemstone Specialist/Trader) and specific shipping instructions. Preauthorized merchandise returns must be received by Diamond Wholesale Group, Inc. no later than 7 days after the date of merchandise delivery to the: purchasing party, their designee or the date a second delivery attempt is made as set forth above.
Complete original loose diamond/gemstone certification documentation must accompany all merchandise returns. Returns not accompanied by all of their original certification documentation cannot be honored. All diamonds/gemstones must be in undamaged condition without being altered in any manner. If a returned acquisition is determined to be damaged, the client will receive a certified copy of independent laboratory certification documenting the damage.
Diamond Wholesale Group, Inc. cannot accept or process a return without an Acquisition Return Number. Contact a Diamond Gemstone Specialist/Trader. The Acquisition Return Number must be written on the original invoice and the return shipping label. All preauthorized returns must be shipped postage prepaid by FedEx, UPS, DHL, Brinks, Malca Amit or USPS and insured for the full acquisition price. Ship to:

Diamond Wholesale Group, Inc. will promptly refund 100% of a client’s loose certified diamond/gemstone acquisition price for all merchandise preauthorized and returned within the time frame and manner set forth above. All refunds shall be made in the same form of payment as the original acquisition payment and to the same party. No refunds can be processed for Hand-Crafted Custom Specially Manufactured Jewelry unless defective, but the Certified Loose Diamond portion will be refunded as aforesaid.
